Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying and assessing business and technology risks, as well as internal controls to mitigate these risks, while identifying opportunities for enhancing internal control measures.
• Contribute to the selection and customization of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry-specific projects.
• Facilitate the application of technology-based tools and methodologies for reviewing, designing, and implementing products and services.
• Gain a thorough understanding of clients’ business environments and fundamental risk management strategies.
• Actively engage in decision-making processes alongside engagement management, considering the broader implications of current decisions.
• Take a substantial or lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing.
• Generate innovative ideas, challenging established norms, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in the development of proposals for prospective clients.
• Contribute to additional sales efforts with existing clients.
• Maintain membership and visibility in professional and civic organizations.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services within the organization.
• Establish and cultivate positive working relationships with clients, aiming to exceed their expectations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (B.E/B.Tech). Chartered Accountant and/or MBA with a focus on Finance/IT.

Preferred skills:

• Proficient in English with excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrates strong soft skills.
