Key Responsibilities for Research Analyst:
- Drafting and editing survey questionnaires.
- Conducting online survey link verification.
- Preparing detailed analysis plans, specifying table requirements.
- Coordinating with multiple teams, including programming, data processing, open-end coding, translations, and more.
- Monitoring and communicating with fieldwork teams.
- Conducting data table and SPSS checks to review data for errors and inconsistencies.
- Creating PowerPoint report templates and participating in the development of research reports.
- Ensuring population and quality checks for reports.
- Analyzing and summarizing data to address client inquiries and offer valuable recommendations.
- Utilizing various tools, such as MS Office, SPSS, Decipher, and Data Visualization tools (e.g., Displayr).
- Timely notification of project leads or managers regarding any problems or risk areas.
Key Responsibilities for Data Analyst:
- Collaborates with the Quality Office and cross-functional teams to acquire a comprehensive understanding of Gracenote data flows, offering insights into the data quality of our Video, Music, and Sports clients.
- Utilizes a variety of tools to develop modular code and enhance data queries across multiple databases, data warehouses, and data lakes. This is done to conduct data analysis, create data visualizations, and address both client and internal inquiries.
- Integrates, compiles, summarizes, validates, and shares data from various systems, providing stakeholders with feasibility assessments and data quality recommendations aligned with their specific business inquiries.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, English, Journalism, Music, or a related media-related field.
- An MBA in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
Preferred skills:
- A solid grasp of survey methodology.
- Familiarity with SPSS is advantageous.
- Competency in using Google Workplace and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Robust project management abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication proficiencies.
- Proficient in quantitative and analytical thinking.
- Capability to meet deadlines effectively.
