Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to foster business growth for our firm.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all the products and services offered by the company, such as super visas, tourist visas, permanent residency (PR), Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), and more.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify optimal solutions for new leads.
- Engage with new leads through various communication channels, including Facebook, Instagram, chats, and phone calls.
- Continuously follow up with leads and keep their status updated.
- Focus on establishing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential new business.
- Conduct market research to uncover potential sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage effective networks for business development.
- Ensure the prospective client database and customer relationship management (CRM) system are current and up-to-date.
- Perform essential accounting tasks, such as bookkeeping, invoice generation, and account reconciliation.
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, particularly in business and accounting
Preferred skills:
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Prior experience in accounting is advantageous
- Background in marketing is a plus
- Necessary tools: Computer/Laptop and smartphone
- While sales experience is not obligatory, it is considered a valuable asset
- Proficiency in various computer tools and strong IT skills
- Demonstrates professionalism and maturity
