Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex software issues within the SAP Ariba product area with reliability and promptness.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of cloud technology and associated life cycle management concepts.
- Exhibit expertise across the entire SAP Ariba Solutions portfolio, including knowledge and proficiency in MM business processes and integration aspects.
- Establish client partnerships to proactively deliver knowledge and enhance the value of SAP Ariba solutions for clients.
- Be available for shifts and on-call support during weekends as per the specified schedule.
- Comprehend object-oriented programming techniques, SQL, and fundamental Java programming.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and prioritization skills.
- Optimize available time for efficient task completion and accurately describe any reported problems or symptoms.
