Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a business analyst specializing in supply chain strategy within the Supply Chain Strategy (SCS) team, participating in projects spanning various product categories and regions.
- Contribute to strategic business initiatives and assist in advancing leadership agendas for business groups, particularly in matters related to supply chain and operations.
- Conduct comprehensive operational optimizations, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations based on in-depth data analysis.
- Extract and analyze data from company databases to drive improvements and optimizations in product development, marketing strategies, and overall business strategies.
- Utilize predictive modeling techniques to enhance and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and other key business outcomes.
- Project examples include activities such as manufacturing network design, make vs. buy decisions, capital investment evaluations, complexity cost optimization, design to value initiatives, route-to-market planning, cost-to-serve analysis, internal and external benchmarking, competitive intelligence assessments, and end-to-end value chain analysis, among others.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferred experience in consulting, consumer goods, apparel, or retail.
- Previous experience in areas such as data analysis, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, digital supply chain, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using statistical computer languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL) for data manipulation and extracting insights from extensive datasets.
- Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques and concepts, including regression analysis, distribution properties, statistical tests, and their proper application, with demonstrated experience in practical use.
- Strong grasp of cost accounting, financial accounting, and project management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical aptitude, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, preferably in a diverse, multicultural setting.
- A master’s qualification is preferred, particularly in fields like engineering, supply chain, finance, or marketing.
- Proficient in creating storyboards and delivering effective presentations.
- Fluent in the English language.
