Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in understanding the fundamental principles of hardware operation, encompassing CPU and memory architecture, as well as buses and interconnects.
- In-depth knowledge of Operating System fundamentals, including multi-processing and scheduling, memory management, privilege modes, file systems, and device drivers.
- Strong command of algorithms and data structures.
- Familiarity with the core principles of parallel computing.
- Competency in programming using C and/or C++ languages.
- Familiarity with Python and PERL is considered advantageous.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Robust educational foundation.
- Enrolled in an M. Tech/B. Tech program in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication (E&C).
Preferred skills:
- Proficient comprehension of programming languages and processor architecture.
- Solid grasp of the fundamentals of Operating Systems.
- Familiarity with the Linux kernel is advantageous.
- Exceptional programming skills in C/C++.
- Proficiency in Object-oriented programming, whether in C/C++, Java, and an understanding of scripting languages (Perl or Python) is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Operating System and Algorithm development.
- Ability to demonstrate ingenuity and create optimal designs.
