Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with the billing solution and be proficient in its operation.
- Oversee and direct all billing procedures.
- Report any novel or intricate billing matters to the Back Office (BO) as they arise within the M&P department.
- Execute thorough billing procedures and adhere to best practices.
- Take charge of addressing all incidents logged through the ticketing system or in response to customer requests.
- Record newly discovered solutions in the form of knowledge base articles.
- Handle the processing of new customer orders, ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to service level agreements (SLA).
- Contribute to and actively participate in enhancing the overall efficiency of the process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/ B. Tech/ ME/ M.Tech
Preferred skills:
- Record all Incidents and Orders meticulously in the Ticketing System, ensuring that all requisite information is included.
- Maintain the Ticketing system by updating equipment details and documenting issue specifics necessary for each ticket.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure prompt issue resolution within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) and minimize downtime.
- Furnish customers with accurate information regarding equipment requiring repair, actions taken, and the next steps in case issues persist.
- Ensure timely routing of escalations to the appropriate responsible party without unnecessary delays.
- Create documentation for internal procedures.
- Establish connections with the Quality team to engage in regular feedback sessions and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with team members to identify innovative solutions for ongoing and unresolved problems.
- Adhere rigorously to all defined processes and communicate feedback and suggestions to the relevant stakeholders.
- Report any issues requiring attention from the Ticketing system to Subject Matter Experts (SME).
- Be flexible to work in shifts as part of a 24/7 support team.
