Key Responsibilities:
- Give clients accurate information about our policies, practises, and services.
- Help clients place orders, use the platform, and resolve technical difficulties.
- When necessary, handle consumer complaints and refer complicated problems to the relevant agencies. Resolve client questions and concerns within the parameters of the service level agreements (SLAs).
- Keep thorough and precise records of all communications and transactions with customers. Work together with internal departments in billing, operations, and logistics to efficiently handle client demands.
- Maintain current product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to give customers accurate and pertinent information.
