Key Responsibilities:
- Remote support for Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, Security App, etc.
- Immediately return incoming calls and emails from customers.
- Take care of and address client issues.
- Issues should be identified and escalated as necessary to supervisors.
- Customers should receive product and service information.
- Utilising the resources at hand, conduct the necessary research and present the clients with a solution.
- Use the appropriate software to investigate, identify, and resolve customer complaints.
- Send calls and tickets to the domains and resources that can support the user the best.
- Record every call detail in accordance with standard operating practises.
- Identify, record, and notify the management team of any patterns in customer calls.
- For new issues and the solutions offered, create SOPs.
- Detailed call records and reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Outstanding communication abilities,
- Exceptional communication skills are required to be able to empathise with, calm down, and handle irate customers.
- Technical expertise in operating system troubleshooting concerns and a desire to learn new technologies.
