Key Responsibilities:
- Call the provider’s office to double-check the survey’s call-in information.
- To place the actual call while adhering to all applicable regulations for privacy and HIPPA compliance.
- Achieving the individual’s daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Flexible to work extra hours, overtime, or on weekends as needed by the business.
- Review the daily Ageing report’s open accounts.
- Keep an eye on and maintain the assigned accounts.
- Make professional collection calls (outbound and inbound), account modifications, and customer reconciliations.
- Collect consumer payments by the due date and follow up on payment arrangements promptly.
- Keep track of customer payments to make sure receivables are collected promptly.
- Ensure prompt escalation in the event of nonpayment or silence.
- Provide customer service by providing statements, processing refunds for customers, processing account changes, and promptly resolving issues with client billing.
- Identify problems related to past-due accounts, talk to customers about them, and escalate issues with clients.
- Request late account payments from consumers by sending them a Dunning letter.
- Follow up with the sales and operations departments regarding customer accounts promptly.
- Refresh daily and weekly trackers, then conduct a self-quality check.
