Key Responsibilities:
- Create test strategies, plans, and scenarios for the product features that will be released.
- Create test automation for the product’s test scenarios using Java and Python.
- Debug flaky automated test cases and remove them, or fix failed test cases, if the product development process is agile.
- Learn how to use the tools used in product engineering, then start doing so.
- Develop the CI/CD automated testing checkpoints with leaders and resolve any issues that arise with each build or milestone.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A degree in Computers/Electronics/Information & Tech/ Data-communications with 0 to 1 year of experience in software development (even students studying in final year engineering degree)
Preferred skills:
- Strong foundations in networking, software engineering, cryptography, and data structures.
- Practical knowledge of at least one programming language, such as C, C++, Java, Shell script, Perl, Python, or SQL.
- Knowledge of technologies and tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Selenium, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Able to independently create test designs and test code.
- Excellent analytical, thinking, and communication capabilities.
- Team player with lots of energy and a positive outlook who can come up with creative solutions.
