Key Responsibilities:
- Work together with business SMEs and stakeholders to create specific user requirements that succinctly and clearly communicate the specifics of the business issue to be solved.
- Work with the project’s product managers, solutions architects, and engineer leads to determine the functional documentation needs and complete it in order to properly and concisely communicate complex procedures and end-to-end business requirements. Business use cases and process mapping are included in this.
- Take part in the post-implementation follow-up for the pilot site deployment to gain an understanding of the business experience and to provide the product management team with comments to help them enhance the product.
- Being able to operate autonomously while still being an extension of product management, ensuring that the intent and spirit of the initially envisioned project scope are upheld.
- Actively engage in collaboration with key stakeholders across business operations and technology
- Lead and contribute to business analysis best practices.
- Always strive to improve team maturity and capability in the payments domain.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong talents in requirements collection, business analysis, and design.
- Techniques and strategies for change management and implementation management.
- Knowledge of fundamental business reengineering.
Preferred skills:
- Relevant experience working on challenging international or regional initiatives in business analysis.
- Knowledge of the financial services sector as a whole and specific functional competence.
- Experience with consulting, business analysis, solution design, change management, and implementation.
- Talents in analysis and problem-solving.
- Ability to act pro-actively and independently.
- Knowledge of facilitating meetings through video or teleconference.
- MS Office and business analysis tools expertise.
