Key Responsibilities for Analyst:
- For engagements with specified expectations, carry out transaction analysis, research, and procedural work.
- Conduct assessments of Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), fundamental case investigations, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and sanction screening alerts.
- To formulate suggestions based on study findings, use sound decision-making techniques.
- Write detailed narratives with research citations to support them.
- Ascertain that work complies with established engagement policies and processes
- Create excellent work that adheres to programme requirements.
- To reach production targets and project deliverables, efficiently manage the work.
- Perform more intricate alert and case analysis under more guidance.
- Work cooperatively with others as a team.
- Serve in an administrative support role as needed, handling tasks like file distribution and request tracking and routing.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate with 0-1 years of experience in Know your customer, Customer due diligence, Customer identification program
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Journalism, Criminal Justice or related field, or 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Anti money laundering, Know your customer, Customer due diligence (AML/KYC/CDD) and Transaction Monitoring.
Preferred skills:
- The capacity to handle extremely private and secret data.
- High levels of analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Powerful narrative writing abilities.
- Prior employment in a compliance role at or supporting a financial institution.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to identify high-risk factors (such as transactional, geographic, product, and customer type).
- Strong writing abilities with the capacity to communicate things succinctly.
- Independence, initiative, and flexibility are all necessary skills.
