Key Responsibilities:
- Participating in the Payroll Data Maintenance Team’s Onboarding New Hires Process.
- Making updates to an employee record according to the employee life cycle.
- Assisting with payroll processing, headcount recons, and the annual comp load activity in MIS.
- Organising and processing all aspects of new recruit onboarding, including online new hire documents.
- Coordinating and handling all separations, salary continuations, transfers, payroll/personnel data changes, withholding tax compliance, direct contributions for social security, salary modifications, sign-on bonuses, employee loans, and reimbursement.
- Responding to numerous payroll-related questions from staff members or HR, and being familiar with our company’s fundamental payroll procedures.
- Manage the position’s fundamentals in accordance with the detailed instructions, rules, and established processes.
- Calculating the Full and Final Settlements for terminated employees under strict time constraints.
- Communicate and plan actions with the FTP/Payroll Team, other members of the general ledger accounting team, and the HR operations team.
- Alert HR colleagues to any anomalies they find in the data submission, and make sure the maths is correct, etc.
- Ensure careful adherence to the PII guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any graduate, preferably in finance.
- 0 – 2 years of relevant experience.
- Full time BBA/ BBM/ B.Com graduates with 0-1 year of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Corporate Governance & Clause, AML, KYC related activities.
Preferred skills:
- Excel abilities, from beginner to expert.
- Understanding of SAP accounting and HR systems.
- Extensive knowledge of management reporting, analysis, and payroll processing tasks.
- A solid working knowledge of business operations, financial policies, and internal controls.
- Integrity, upstanding moral principles, and dedication to data privacy.
- Capability of working in a flexible, demanding, and client-focused environment.
- Basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets is necessary.
- Reliable interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- The capacity to clearly plan, record, and report work.
- Effective verbal, writing, and documentation skills.
