Key Responsibilities:
- A dedication to responding to ticket requests and providing customer service.
- Improve the problem-solving, Q&A, and onboarding documents.
- Drive marketing campaigns with a wide range of clients via digital channels and activities.
- Determine high risk and high potential customers among newly enrolled users or clients.
- Introduce new clients to our products and customer service procedures. Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, data apps, and many more products are available.
- Work together with sales and support to create and deliver engagement programmes that meet the needs of the client.
- Engage your client base as a portfolio to ensure risk identification.
- Gather customer comments and arrange them for the product team to review.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Expertise dealing with clients.
- A person with a strong desire to serve others and empathy is required. Passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu in particular is required.
- Outstanding presentation abilities.
- Powerful organisational abilities, capacity to organise and continuously update documentation.
- A team player that can work well with all internal divisions.
