Key Responsibilities for Customer Success Executive:
- Respond to inquiries from users of the company’s product by offering technical assistance and ad-hoc training.
- Inform customers about the product’s features and potential upgrades to ensure that they continue to be satisfied with it.
- Collecting customer input to identify recurrent problems and working with the product manager to resolve them will help with the product’s development and improvement.
- Uphold high levels of service and go above and beyond to satisfy and retain clients Preferred.
Key Responsibilities for Content Writer Intern:
- To generate insightful content while keeping in mind the editorial requirements about financial, mutual fund, stock, and personal finance-related themes.
- To gather information on online communities, popular subjects, and fresh content concepts to add to the Groww content library.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate courses (BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/ PGDM).
- 50% cutoff – 10th, 12th and Graduation.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Excellent research abilities for finding information pertaining to your industry
- A major plus is having knowledge of SEO best practises.
- Must be meticulous and quick to notice and correct grammatical problems
- Must be able to coordinate well and own the assignment from beginning to conclusion.
- To improve online traffic, conduct basic keyword research and follow SEO best practises.
- Make that the content is always consistent and relevant (in terms of style, fonts, graphics, and tone).
- Excellent creative abilities to provide original ideas and material.
- Being able to handle a large amount of incoming client inquiries.
- The capacity for customer empathy and high customer centricity.
