Key Responsibilities:
- Review, categorise, and/or delete content in accordance with client instructions utilising particular tools and channels.
- Recognise client policies and guidelines, and make judgements and take actions accordingly. Keep abreast of any modifications to the procedures or policies.
- Research, address, and communicate complicated content problems to the larger Trust and Safety team.
- Identify workflow improvement opportunities and offer solutions to enhance process quality and overall effectiveness.
- Take part in workgroup discussions and ongoing training programmes to ensure your role develops to its full potential.
- Have discussions about socially difficult issues in order to maintain the security of our communities.
- Take part in healthy activities.
- Achieve the level of efficiency the firm has set.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate
- Effective coping, emotional fortitude, and stress-reduction techniques.
- Capacity to carry out tasks objectively, free from personal prejudices or convictions, and in accordance with client policies.
