Key Responsibilities:
- To verify the correctness and completeness of the data in our regulatory reports, do data quality checks.
- In charge of guaranteeing the accuracy and suitability of the organization’s regulatory reporting data assets, including collaborating with the IT teams to address errors.
- Adhering to all policies and guidelines pertaining to the identification, recording, and reporting of data concerns.
- Conducting routine maintenance, validating data properties, and considering methods to enhance functionality.
- Work together with internal business stakeholders to update, improve, and standardise current procedures in order to increase operational effectiveness.
- Coordinating data from many sources and ensuring the data’s integrity.
- Manage source to target data mapping by performing source system data analysis.
- Assist in removing damaged data, resolving discrepancies, and repairing associated issues.
- Extracting data from primary and secondary sources using automated technologies.
- Must be capable of working with raw data analysis to accomplish correct data mapping between datasets.
- Using BI technologies for data intelligence and analysis, such as Rapid SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Collecting all data migration and data mapping needs in collaboration with project teams and subject matter experts
- Capability to operate in an Agile Scrum environment and take part in backlog review and Sprint planning meetings.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BA/BS degree or an equivalent degree from an undergraduate programme.
- Good knowledge of Fixed Income Securities (Bonds, Debts) and Reference data (ISIN, CUSIP, CIK’s, and LEI’s) are required, as well as one to five years of work experience in data analysis, data validation, and data administration.
Preferred skills:
- It would be advantageous to have knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
- It will be preferred if you have experience working in Agile environments and design thinking.
- Must be highly proficient in both writing and speaking, as well as in time management, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the capacity to operate independently and with self-direction.
- Results-driven, proactive, and client-centered
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Experience with the Agile methodology, JIRA, and SQL is a plus.
- A plus is having knowledge of Moody’s operational procedures, analysis tools, and rating systems.
