Key Responsibilities:
- Ready to work in international voice process and 24×7 environment. Rotational offs (5days working)
- Candidates should have strong English communication skills
- The ability to think critically and remain calm under pressure.
- Must demonstrate a track record of success in a high-performance setting.
- Must have strong communication and customer service abilities for voice campaigns.
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a similar CS capacity or as a customer support specialist
- Prior experience handling calls from end users is required.
- Immediate joiner or maximum 30-day notice is desired.
- Positions that can be done from an office in Bangalore.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Strong problem-solving and algorithmic skills.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
