Myntra is hiring for the position of Associate – HR Systems in Bangalore, India. Candidates with Any Graduate/ PG/ MBA are eligible to apply for this position. The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with ad hoc reporting.
  • Provides subject matter knowledge for the following submodules.
  • Managing the various phases of the development process for SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technology platforms, such as project estimation, requirements determination, gap analysis, business process reengineering, issue resolution, configuration, custom code specifications, testing, training, go-live assistance, and post-implementation support.
  • Give the PMO team timely and accurate project status updates, escalate problems as needed, guide members of the cross-functional project team, and share implementation best practises with them.
  • Upkeep, enhancement, and assistance with current company SAP/SuccessFactors application solutions
  • Ability to operate cooperatively and in a team atmosphere, as well as the independence to choose methods and tactics for new assignments, such as project management and data conversions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate/ PG/ MBA

Preferred skills:

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively while maintaining a process- and detail-oriented focus
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)Core, PMGM, Timeoff, and integration with other 3rd Party solutions for at least two years.
  • comprehension of Core HR-related business processes
  • A solid grasp of RBP, MDF, workflow generation, business rules, foundation objects, and updating job information data.
  • Uploading and editing data in SF. Should be knowledgeable about importing employee data, remuneration, and any modifications relating to jobs.
  • Follow up on the change request after the HRBPs have been closed.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
