Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a lot of incoming calls from customers on various topics, such as product inquiries, billing/refunds, etc.
- Correctly update and enter customer information and contact notes into the system(s).
- Quickly address customer issues and fulfil obligations to them.
- Coordinate with other programme departments if a customer call cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact, such as a dispute over billing or refund issues.
- Meet and maintain necessary metrics and objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum HSC or Graduation
Preferred skills:
- Excellent spoken English skills and knowledge of American culture.
- Expertise in offering outstanding phone customer service.
- Outstanding phone presence—others can really hear your smile.
- Effective communication and memory of shared ideas while composing and understanding.
- The capacity to control and sustain the necessary communication rate.
- The capacity to handle active engagement during communications.
