Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain new clients.
- Call Jio users and explain Jio’s recharges to them.
- Help consumers finish their Jio Recharge.
- Market fresh Jio plans to potential customers.
- Resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Make sure customers have a wonderful experience.
- Communicate with all clients in a proper tone and manner.
- Record consumer information and data that is pertinent to the contact or service.
- To add value, educate yourself about Jio’s plans, goods, and services.
