Key Responsibilities:
- To bill the order, verify the Purchase Order (PO) demands.
- Always interact with clients to get their comments and offer assistance as needed. ready to provide assistance at any time and numerous locations as requested by the customer.
- Manage Order to Cash connected to collections and dispute resolution, and put the plan into practise and enforce it.
- Calling and emailing end users to interact with them in order to collect pass due payments.
- Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual collection goals.
- Utilising conference calls, faxes, and email to manage relationships with customers and country/regional FDs.
- Organise and take part in conference calls with financial managers from various countries and regions.
- Attend sessions on governance at the national or regional level; Closely collaborate with the team, make sure everyone is working together effectively to fulfil deadlines, and encourage and support team members’ growth.
