Key Responsibilities:

  • Together with hiring managers and stakeholders, establish comprehensive recruitment strategy to acquire top talent by identifying global talent needs.
  • Use a range of sourcing techniques to locate and interact with possible candidates, including as web resources, social media, networking opportunities, and channels specialised to the business.
  • To analyse candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit, conduct in-depth candidate evaluations, including resume screening, phone and video interviews, and in-person interviews.
  • Manage all aspects of the hiring process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, negotiating offers, and onboarding procedures.
  • Create and maintain a solid candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of suitable candidates for current and future recruiting needs.
  • To increase the talent pool, establish and maintain strong connections with universities, professional organisations, outside recruitment agencies, and other sources of talent.
  • Report on recruitment parameters, including as time to fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and other key performance indicators, on a regular basis.
  • Promote Sprinto’s values, culture, and opportunities by serving as a brand ambassador for the company.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a closely related profession.
  • Excellent interviewing and evaluation abilities to assess the technical and behavioural qualities of candidates.
  • A working knowledge of ATSs and other HR software packages.

Preferred skills:

  • A track record of finding and employing outstanding people with success in a tough market
  • Strong familiarity with the many avenues for recruitment, including the internet, social media, and professional networks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build relationships with applicants, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an emphasis on producing results Capability to operate in a fast-paced setting while managing many priorities Preferable work experience in a global or multicultural environment
