Key Responsibilities:
- Helping executives use business self-enabling technologies, such as conference calls, reservations, and travel.
- Providing assistance with various administrative duties.
- Setting up data conferences, video conferences, and conference calls.
- Making or arranging travel arrangements, helping with itineraries, and guiding clients through visa and passport applications.
- Active scheduling management. helping with appointment scheduling and calendaring.
- Coordinating tasks with both internal and external third-party vendors when the executive or supervisor requests it.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ 12th Pass
- High school diploma (a college education is not necessary)
Preferred skills:
- Both oral and written English proficiency are required. Administrative experience is a plus.
- Proficient PC abilities, including knowledge of the internet, Outlook, and a variety of virtual communication tools (Teams).
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities; Stress tolerance; Flexibility;
- Critical and analytical thinking; Proactive and creative problem solving;
- Professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent customer service.
