Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Quality Manager and the team to implement the test strategy and uphold quality standards. This involves assessing and recommending suitable tests for automation across various layers.
- Ensuring comprehensive coverage of test plans by designing relevant test scenarios that effectively address testing requirements.
- Developing a variety of test and automation suites, including smoke tests, extensive regression and progression tests, and comprehensive end-to-end system regression tests.
- Examining the outcomes of automated tests to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
- Furnishing both the business and the team with data that emphasizes quality and contributes to ongoing quality enhancement efforts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in testing concepts, products, and designs, along with a track record of effectively planning and executing testing activities.
- Expertise in both functional and non-functional testing domains, encompassing system, system integration, user, load, volume, stress, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration, and back-out testing.
- Demonstrated familiarity with Agile methodologies, coupled with practical experience collaborating within Agile teams.
- Adept communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical ideas in a clear manner to colleagues at peer and management levels.
- Strong aptitude for collaboration and adeptness in managing stakeholders effectively.
