Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Treasury, Accounting, Product, and International expansion teams, ensuring robust controls are in place to support Revolut’s global expansion
- Ensuring all relevant data is covered and reconciled
- Ensuring any reconciliation breaks are thoroughly investigated and remediated on a timely basis, considering both tactical and strategic initiatives
- Providing reconciled data for accountants and regulators
- Ensuring the efficient operation of a robust control environment within Revolut
- Communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
- Understanding the valuation inputs for the assets and liabilities on the balance sheet and being in a position to challenge the findings
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ M.Com/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment in the Tech, Financial Services, or Banking sector
- A good understanding of SQL
- The ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with day-to-day and hands-on doing
- The ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and accurately to all levels
- A confident self-starter attitude
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
- High attention to detail
