Key Responsibilities:
- Incoming Inspection of material/components. (Mechanical + Analytics/Electronics + Electrical).
- Preparation of Incoming Inspection sheet and All record as per QMS SOPs.
- Final Inspection and Internal Inspection Report Generation.
- Test certificates compilation with respect to project wise.
- Maintaining list of measuring instruments and lead calibration of those instruments through external lab/agency.
- Measuring First pass yield and record generation.
- Performing In-house calibration/ testing of Systems and conforming.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Preparation of work instructions / SOP’s for the process as applicable by co-ordinating with team members.
- Guide the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Good Verbal and Written communication.
- Experience in Incoming material inspections, In process and final Inspections preferably in Engineering / Manufacturing industry.
- Familiar of using Quality control tools like Data Collection, Analysis, Corrective/preventive actions would be advantage.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality management systems.
- It would be effective to have knowledge of safety, the 5S, Kaizen, etc.
- Teammate, able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and collaborate with customers.
- IT literate to the demands of current data system architecture and electronic communications.
- Certification in Quality Control / Assurance would be an added advantage.
- SAP PS module hands on experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of problem-solving tools.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Analytical skills and technical skills.
- A track record of success solving problems.
Preferred skills:
- Involve positively in the team to improve the capability, capacity, culture, and standards at the site.
- Ensure documentation compliance as per Quality Standards and Co-ordination with customers for document review.
- Handle records retention policy for site.
