Wipro is hiring for the position of Data Analyst/ Quality Analyst in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, India. Candidates with Any Graduate are eligible to apply for this position. The complete information, eligibility criteria, and requirements are provided below.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather information from various sources (data warehouses, database, data integration and modelling) and interpret patterns and trends.
• Develop record management process and policies.
• Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the clientbase and understand their requirements.
• Providing sales data, proposals, data insights and account reviews to the client base.
• Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation ofprocesses.
• Set up and maintain automated data processes
  Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools tosupport data validation and cleansing.
• Produce and track key performance indicators.
• Conduct various process audits (1 audit/ agent/ week) as per procedure and guidelines
  For agents identified in the bottom quartile of performance, conduct 3 audits/ agent/ week.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Knowledge of current and upcoming technology (automation, tools and systems) to build efficiencies and effectiveness in own function/ Client organization.
• Ability to follow the standards and norms to produce consistent results, provide effective control and reduction of risk.
• Knowledge of various programming languages/ software (Python, Microsoft Excel, VBA, Matlab, SQL etc) andtools on data analytics.
• Knowledgeable about the competency requirements. Demonstrates (inparts) frequently with minimal support and guidance.
