Key Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with internal Cleartrip Teams to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business processes.
- Gather data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance.
- Manage website pricing through bench-marking, implement discounting changes on Website/App and track performance.
- Automation: Create various dashboards, alerts and datasets to visualize, and drive actionable insights quickly.
- Work with the stakeholders to take data driven decisions.
- Relevant Data Organizing & Sharing with brand & relevant stakeholders. Offtake tracker to be shared bi-weekly.
- Liaise with internal catalog teams to keep listings updated on the platform.
- Ensure timely closure of vendor AIs including QC validation, RO closures etc.
- Ensure smooth flow of the vendor supply operations with Flipkart.
- Help closing Category marketing activation as per timelines agreed.
- Liaise with FK finance team to ensure timely closure of escalations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate with Written & Spoken English & Hindi (neutral accent).
- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.
Preferred skills:
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Technical capabilities: SQL, Excel and Scripting Language.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
- Excellent Communication an co-ordination skills.
- Basic excel knowledge.
