Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.
- Attend to customer queries, issues and grievances over phone, email, live chat and sms.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development teams.
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and accuracy set by the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Undergraduates in any stream.
- Freshers can apply.
- Language capabilities – English (Written & Verbal).

- Customer Centricity – The mindset of “highest value for the customer” always willingness to help, demonstrate ownership, and attention to details
- Communication Proficiency – Ability to convey message effectively: Comprehension, Active Listening, Rate & Clarity of Speech, Conversational Ability

- Good understanding of etiquette for written communication
