Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fact-based analysis and reporting.
• Develop and communicate insights generated from the analysis in a clear and concise manner.
• Aggregate data from Assignments, Meeting & Events, Travel, Finance and other functions to create management and operational views needed for fact-based analysis and decision support.
• Develop a deep understanding of all Mobility related reports.
• Create analytical models and scorecards to help leadership better understand the underlying trends and key drivers of our business and support Mobility initiatives.
• Work closely with Mobility Leads and other team members to manage and industrialize solutions.
• Automating reporting and analytics.
• Focus on ensuring high quality data output with strong quality assurance skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Analysis skills: researches and interprets data: INTERMEDIATE.
• Report design & creation for adhoc requests: INTERMEDIATE.
• Metrics Definition and Usage: INTERMEDIATE.
• Oral & written communication skills: INTERMEDIATE.
• Understanding of Accenture finance concepts, SAP: INTERMEDIATE.
• PowerPoint: INTERMEDIATE.
• Strong English communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of the importance for detail and organization.
• Experience of working across cultures in a global organization.
• Ability to work unsupervised, self-motivated, pro-active and reliable.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred skills:

• Accenture Economic Model Background.
• Previous experience on Cost Management initiatives.
• Predictive Analytics.
• Working experience in data visualization (PowerBI).
• Storytelling Skills.
• Working experience in Programming (VBA, SQL, Access, Python, R, Power Automate).
• Sustainability business experience a plus.
