Key Responsibilities:
- Domain consulting/ advisory services (Business Process Improvement/ Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, CRPs, Transformation Roadmaps etc.) to Banking, Financial Services.
- Developing domain led propositions on topics related to Business areas.
- Building POVs through secondary research.
- Assisting on business cases for solution building for client requirements.
- Working on projects across the world, eliciting business requirements and translating and simplifying them.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ MBA
- Relevant exposure/work experience would be an added advantage.
Preferred skills:
- Previous experience in Capital Markets, Financials Service in business process improvement/ Re Engineering will be ideal.
- Prior experience of having worked in IT Technology firms as Developers will be preferred.
- Good Analytical ability and Problem-solving skills.
- A Go-getter who is willing to find solutions.
- Good understanding of Financial Markets, Risk Management suitable.
- Having an FRM qualification (will be an added advantage).
- A strong sense for structure and logic.
- Career bend towards business consulting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Established academic and previous job record.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Data Science will be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience programming in Java/C++/Python/R/SAS will be an added advantage.
