Key Responsibilities:
- The Job requires interacting with customers over calls to ensure all issues are resolved to customer’s satisfaction.
- Job requires you to understand the customer’s problem accurately, follow the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers.
- As a Customer Service Executive, you will be dealing with our customers from all over India.
- As a company we take great pride in the level of customer service we deliver to the customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree, PG)
- Freshers and candidates with experience in BPO sector
Preferred skills:
- Possess good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Must be a Team Player.
- Have a good attitude – Should be committed to the work.
- Flexible for Rotational Shifts between 06:00 AM to 11:45PM (any 9 Hrs).
- Typing Speed: Min 20 to 25 WPM.
