Key Responsibilities:
- Overall program/project delivery management.
- Understand the key business deliverables required for a program/project and the associated dependencies on other programs to ensure all dependencies are actively tracked and raised against project delivery.
- Develop, refine, and ensure rebaselined detailed milestone plans are available for all important deliverables and that interdependencies are understood and addressed.
- Address potential barriers to timely execution before they impact critical path delivery. Ensure proactive management of deliverables such that issues/risks are escalated promptly in order to allow for timely remediation and delivery of the project/program as scheduled.
- Ensure clear and transparent reporting of project/program status, risks/issues, and stakeholder management updates to senior executives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred skills:
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills required, ability to synthesize key messages.
- Good influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills.
- Ability to “roll up sleeves” and serve as a “player coach”.
- The candidate must be able to work with teams as well as independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- This role requires multi-tasking, organization and the ability to quickly acquire and comprehend the required.
