Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire an understanding and share the content needs of our platform and make sure that their portfolio creators are following the content demands shared with them.
- Understanding of ShareChat and our target audience (Tier 2, 3, 4+) and users is a must.
- Deep understanding and interest in the business, education & jobs category, culture, latest trends, and pop culture of the region to advise clients better to ensure deeper engagement.
- Assist our Leads in developing online campaigns and come up with interesting captions -to increase engagement on the platform
- Review ShareChat and other platforms, to discover talented creators in specific categories
- Regular communication with the top users, collecting feedback, and suggesting ways for them to drive more engagement.
- Serve as the link of communication between content creators and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by his/her portfolio of content creators promptly and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Eligibility Criteria:
- You are fluent Tamil language (Read,Write,Speak) and has business proficiency in English
- Will have a deep interest in the local culture, trends, and pop culture and will be able to identify needs and requirements to ensure deeper engagement and reach for his/ her portfolio of content creators.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends particularly for in the business, education and jobs category.
- Strong understanding of user-generated content management and account management.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management at a time.
- 3 months to 1 year of experience in social media domains, providing solutions based on user needs.
Preferred skills:
- Strong analytical skills & Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with strategic users.
- Discipline to respond to user’s demands on time.
- Ability in quick problem-solving & work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
