Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Practice Area Lead / wider Workflow Coordination team, you are a capable problem solver who comfortably multi-tasks while conducting coordination for the research workflow.
• You will have strong attention to detail, ensuring that critical information (data sources, internal billing, charge codes, etc.) is captured correctly in our automated request management system.
• With directions from DRS management, you will match available capacity to request inflow, ensuring the allocation is in line with experience, skills, and language capabilities.
• Whilst building a solid understanding of the research workflow process and developing a sound understanding of BCG’s internal capabilities, you will cooperate with other DRS offices and team members to optimize capacity development.
• You will have strong communication skills and feel confident managing customer/stakeholder expectations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0-1 years of relevant experience and general interest in business research.
• Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated high academic achievement.
• Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment is very desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Well-developed communication skills in English

Preferred skills:

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated business understanding.
• Consulting or other professional service experience preferred.
• Experience in secondary research is desirable.
