Key Responsibilities:
- You will collaborate closely with the Learning and Development supervisors and will aid in the preservation of the team’s data in the Learning tool.
- You will work on data specific to learning and development and prepare reports / dashboards based on the various metrics defined by the team.
- The individual is responsible for carrying out day-to-day BAU tasks with the assistance of the Trainer.
- The individual will be involved in training data preparation.
- The individual would be in charge of following up with internal stakeholders in order to complete the outstanding tasks.
- The individual would assist the Trainer and the L&D team by performing spillover work.
- The individual would be responsible for updating training materials and hastening the launch of the LMS and KMS.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The individual should have excellent communication skills (Eng & Hin)
- The individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT)
- Should be an enterprising person.
- Should be willing to take on any tasks assigned by the L&D team.
Preferred skills:
- Customer service oriented.
- Accept responsibility / Be willing to stretch.
- ability to solve problems.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
