Key Responsibilities:

  • Create software solutions by researching information needs, system flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • The software development life cycle is followed by an investigation of problem areas.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues and problem identification.
  • Determine ideas for improving system performance and impactavailability.
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible designs.
  • Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts who conduct in-depth research into software requirements.
  • Meeting with project managers to learn about software capabilities.
  • Analyze analysis, problem definition, requirements, software development, and proposed software to determine operational feasibility.
  • Set up and design test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and then execute these cases, to develop and automate software validation processes.
  • Changing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, boost performance, or upgrade interfaces.
  • Analyzing data to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or changes to existing systems.
  • Assuring that the code is error-free and free of bugs and test failures.
  • Reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status are prepared.
  • Ensure that all codes are raised in accordance with the project/program/account norms, with clear descriptions and replication patterns.
  • Compile documentation and reports in a timely, comprehensive, and accurate manner as requested.
  • Coordination and documentation of daily project status and progress with the team.
  • Giving feedback on usability and serviceability, tracing the outcome to quality risk, and reporting it to relevant stakeholders.
  • Capturing all client requirements and clarifications for better quality work.
  • Taking regular feedback to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
  • Participating in continuing education and training to stay up to date on best practises, learn new programming languages, and help other team members.
  • Consultation with engineering personnel to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
  • Develop documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code to document and demonstrate solutions.
  • Documenting critical details and reports in a formal manner for proper software understanding from client proposal to implementation.
  • Ensure high quality customer interaction in terms of e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette, and so on.
  • Response time to customer requests is prompt, and there are no complaints either internally or externally.
