Key Responsibilities:
- Bring design thinking and an innovative mindset to customer operations and the Business Groups team, guiding them through the digitization agenda with newer data and analytics capabilities.
- Lead the development of business requirements, the user journey, and the identification of benefits to feed into the business case for the new diagnostic and advanced analytics products.
- Elaboration of a business requirement document into a functional specification document for the Data Lake and product delivery teams Collaborate with data SMEs and product teams to ensure efficient product and data model designs.
- Collaborate with the company to test solutions and functionality. Drive market adoption of newly launched products.
- Control the NPS success metrics. Own BAU products facilitating new change requests with the Devops & Factory teams.
- Working across the product lifecycle, beginning with collaboratively defining the product user journey, data lake needs, how products will be designed, elaborated business requirement, documents, managing market engagement and acceptance tests, deployment, and ongoing upgrades and improvements, the role will be working across the product lifecycle.
- To deliver and support the product, the Business Analyst will collaborate with Process Excellence, Data SMEs, BDL and Solution Factory scrum teams, and users.
Purpose of the Job:
- As the Supply Chain Planning (Customer Operations) teams’ Business Partner, define and create advanced analytical solutions that have a significant impact on our business and drive competitive advantage in the market.
- The Business Analyst plays an important role within D&A, collaborating with the planning excellence and supply chain business groups to capture needs, create business requirements, and translate business requirements to product delivery teams.
- The Business Analyst is the point of contact for requirements and designs, as well as the team’s point of contact with the business.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong understanding of the Supply Chain process, particularly Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management.
- Good understanding of data and key performance indicators in supply chain.
- Experience and capability in Business Partnerships.
- Experience delivering analytical projects and collaborating with various business teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate large amounts of information while paying close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Structured multi-type data types and sources were used. Capable of connecting data types in meaningful ways.
- Strong data science knowledge required to communicate plans, results, and performance to stakeholders.
- Working ability in a complex stakeholder environment.
