  • MS Office and business analysis tools are required.

The Opportunity:

  • Analysts in Global Transformation are at the heart of how Global Transformation shapes, delivers, and embeds change in collaboration with the business and our delivery partners. Typically, they are in charge of Requirements Management, Design, Change Management, and Implementation Management.
  • Analysts collaborate with delivery partners and subject matter experts to gather, translate, and clarify requirements, as well as define design options. In system-related projects and programmes, the role holder will assist Software Delivery and IT Operations in translating business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements and designs, frequently representing the customer and business voice in these discussions.
  • Change Management activities include everything from early change planning and audience analysis to designing and delivering change interventions (for example, communications, training, support, and organisational alignment).
