Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• A solid understanding of the fundamental tax issues and processes that apply to individual tax returns in the United States.
• understanding of more complex technical issues.
• Compile complicated tax returns.
• Deliver consistently high-quality work.
• On less complex assignments, take on a more advanced role.
• Show that you can supervise, review, develop, and delegate to Tax Analysts.
• Contribute to client satisfaction by responding to client needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain positive working relationships with EY colleagues.
• As needed, assist Seniors and Managers with special projects.
• Proactively identify problems and offer solutions.
• In your demeanour, attitude, communication, behaviour, and interactions with others, show professionalism and poise.
• Individual accountability.
• Tax Analysts must be motivated, inspired, and coached.
• New team members should be mentored.
• Actively contribute to the development of a high-performing team.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or commerce is required.
• 0-4 years of experience working for a major global corporation (Big 4, Finance shared services etc.)
• Effective communication skills include being articulate, thoughtful, and adapting communications to target audiences; effectively interacting in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and people management abilities.
• Tax technical knowledge applicable to individual, trust, and partnership returns in the United States; demonstrate understanding of more complex technical issues.
• Have a formal education in business/finance

• Effective communication skills include being articulate, thoughtful, and adapting communications to target audiences; effectively interacting in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and people management abilities.
