Key Responsibilities:
- Apply statistical forecasting algorithms to predict Personal System business for short-term and long-term horizons.
- Explore machine learning and deep learning techniques to improve the accuracy of statistical forecasting.
- Create business narratives using storytelling and visualization techniques to align with the Demand Planning team.
- Present analytical insights to management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Prior experience in demand planning or forecasting in a product-based or consultancy organization.
- Proficiency in statistical forecasting techniques such as Time Series, Holt’s Winter, Regression Analysis, ARIMA, and ARIMAX.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of R/Python and machine learning techniques, including Random Forest, Decision Trees, and Deep Learning.
- Visualization skills, with preference for Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with databases like MS SQL and Oracle SQL.
- Exposure to cloud solutions such as AWS or Microsoft Azure is an added advantage.
- Ability to design analytics solutions, simulations, and models to address business problems.
