Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics initiatives to guide product strategy for Global & Large Customer customers.
- Drive multiple strategic growth priorities, including building engagement triggers and expanding our product offerings.
- Provide support and enable GCS partners with actionable, insightful analytical solutions to assist the leadership team in evaluating and driving business performance.
- Introduce new approaches to transform complex customer behavioral data that benefit the entire Global Commercial organization.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Exhibit exceptional execution skills by resolving issues, identifying opportunities, defining success metrics, and driving automation and ongoing refinement of analytical frameworks.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of analytical methods and tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics.
- 0-30 months of experience in data analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative problem solver with the ability to quickly learn and work independently on complex, unstructured initiatives.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with Hive and PySpark is advantageous.
- Experience in predictive modeling/machine learning is a plus.
