- Defines requirements management, designs solutions, and structures based on business requirements.
- Identifies areas of impact on the target operating model and designs activities to mitigate the impact.
- Challenges business intent constructively.
- Manages the change audience with effective communications, training, and development.
- Supports program management with impact assessments for change requests.
Capability and People Development:
- Builds professional relationships and networks with people inside and outside the team as part of day-to-day work.
- Adapts to and adheres to HSBC’s ways of working; collaborates effectively and inclusively with a range of stakeholders and liaises with cross-functional teams for program execution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques.
- Proficient in change management and implementation management techniques and approaches.Basic knowledge of business reengineering.
- Understanding of Agile ways of working.
- Ability to understand and challenge AS-IS processes and suggest TO-BE processes.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and business analysis tools.
Preferred skills:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) – Expected to work towards qualification.
- Agile certifications.
- Proficiency in design thinking.
