Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage Sales & Service support processes for the Wholesale distribution channel within Asset Management.
- Oversee the production and distribution of client reports and investment review meeting materials to support the wholesale sales and client service team.
- Supervise the setup and maintenance of client records in CRM, and support bespoke client servicing requests and business acceptance processes.
- Oversee the setup of Transfer Agent (TA) accounts and handle all fund-related queries.
- Assist the onshore team in completing legal arrangements, including Distribution Agreements and Rebates.
- Actively contribute to the development of new processes and suggest improvements and enhancements to existing ones.
- Enhance the efficiency of the Client Service team.
- Proactively contribute to the overall sales process, growth strategy, and client contact strategy.
- Build strong relationships with Front Office, Product, and Marketing teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Post Graduation/MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Capital Markets Industry certifications preferred.
- Understanding of financial products and their role in the asset and wealth management business.
- Experience in client relationship management, client reporting, and sales & service support operations for Independent Financial Advisors, Distributors, Platforms, and Institutional clients.
- Experience in supporting Wholesale Sales teams and handling CRM tools for maintaining client relationship data.
- Experience in managing Wholesale/Institutional client service requests, both regular and ad-hoc (reports, materials, etc.).
- Knowledge of financial markets, macro-economic environment, theories, tools, and strategies.
- Ability to be persuasive and pragmatic in approach.
- Ability to distill complex and varied data into clear information, with strong process analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of institutional and fund business.
- Technical knowledge about various products and strategies, including Fixed Income, Equities, Multi-Asset, and Alternatives.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
- Analytical thinking and proficiency in designing new workflows.
- CFA certification is an added advantage.
