Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination & Collaboration: Serve as a central liaison within the HR department, fostering communication and coordinating projects across various sub-teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and HR strategies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, offer recommendations, and support HR decision-making. Develop and maintain HR dashboards that offer insights into workforce metrics, recruitment efficacy, and other vital performance indicators.
- Presentation & Reporting: Craft engaging presentations outlining HR initiatives, outcomes, and strategies for both internal and external stakeholders. Clearly convey findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and propose enhancements to HR processes and technologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in the deployment of HR systems and tools.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in HR activities. Stay abreast of industry best practices and integrate them into HR operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of pertinent experience in HR analytics, coordination, or a comparable role within a dynamic HR department.
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion, with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain integrity.
- Demonstrated commitment to technical excellence in the HR field.
