Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Integrity Due Diligence, Counterparty Due Diligence, and Senior Management Due Diligence assessments to assist clients in evaluating reputation, regulatory compliance, and jurisdictional risks.
- Utilize diverse online resources, including commercial registries and corporate databases across multiple countries and languages, for conducting thorough research.
- Translate and succinctly summarize information from various languages into precise English reports.
- Employ a combination of the aforementioned skills to produce timely and pertinent reports for clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Demonstrate proficiency in secondary research techniques.
- Possess foundational knowledge of accounting and comprehension of financial statements.
- Exhibit understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate structures, including the ability to analyze complex ownership structures, documentation, and conduct external research.
- Familiarity with OFAC and negative news screening databases such as LexisNexis, World Check, Dow Jones, and Google News, coupled with experience using corporate registries.
- Ability to translate and succinctly summarize information from foreign languages into precise and accurate English.
Preferred skills:
- Possess 0-1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly within professional services firms, third-party KPOs, or internal research/strategy teams in major technology companies.
- Demonstrate the ability to work reasonably independently, while accepting appropriate supervision and guidance from Team Leads, Assistant Managers, or Managers.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Display a keen attention to detail.
- Adapt to a dynamic environment characterized by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines.
- Show strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks in order to achieve team, project, or client goals.
