Key Responsibilities:
- Directs customers towards utilizing online self-service and web-based solutions.
- Engages with customers in a phone-based remote role, e-support, or similar capacity.
- Escalates unresolved customer issues to Tier 2 for further resolution.
- Manages and maintains updates on customer issues and requirements, ensuring timely responses.
- Proactively assists customers and assumes responsibility for assigned and managed issues.
- Attains specified performance goals.
- Willingness to learn and enhance skills to progress in a technical role.
- Adaptable to night shifts without persistent ailments or disruptions to work-life balance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient in English language skills.
- Previous experience in tech support, particularly with knowledge of modern peripherals, is advantageous.
- Preferable background or knowledge in Computer Science and basic Networking.
- Possession of any technical certifications, especially in Networking, would be beneficial.
