Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate, implement, and execute the business development/growth strategy for the category, encompassing sales, customer experience, and operations, primarily through online channels.
- Cultivate and reinforce relationships with key accounts, focusing on enhancing sales service and overall customer experience to boost sales volumes.
- Create online merchandising and promotion proposals aimed at achieving sales targets effectively.
- Enhance competitiveness by providing valuable insights on pricing, customer experience, inventory management, and supply chain operations for key relationships and merchants.
- Conduct analysis and surveys of customer purchases to gain deeper insights into merchant/partner requirements, thereby enhancing customer service.
- Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships aimed at driving sales growth and fostering exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and execute highly targeted promotions both internally and in collaboration with external partners.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of an MBA or master’s degree in Marketing or Sales (limited to graduates of 2024).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, emphasizing a strong aptitude for teamwork.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, employing both analytical and creative approaches.
